ROTH COAT- 10MGC is a high performance coating specially designed for use as corrosion
resistant coating in machining and grinding machines.
ROTH COAT- 10MGC utilizes a special blend of epoxy resins and a polyamino-amide curing
system reinforced with inert pigments and inorganic fillers to produce a coating with good
physical properties and corrosion resistance.
- Ensures very long life of Machine tools.
- It is designed to work in a wide pH range i.e 7.5 to 9.5.
- It is compatible with all type of water based coolant i.e Synthetic, Semi-Synthetic and Soluble oils.
- It can withstand erosion by high speed coolant with chips.
- It provides very long term corrosion protection.
- It can be easily applied to old surfaces with brush.
